整體而言，與屋主的溝通過程十分愉快。早前我們曾詢問是否有藍牙喇叭及水泡可供使用，屋主都特意為我們準備妥當，對他們的細心與友善款待深表感謝。 不過，在 check-out 當天，我們留意到前來清潔的工作人員所帶備的物品，例如廚房紙巾、樽裝水及紙巾等，應該是為下一組住客準備的。然而，在我們這次住宿期間，上述用品並未提供，令整體感覺上服務與待遇略顯不一致。 至於住宿地點方面，位置稍為偏僻，但環境清幽寧靜，晚上休息時十分舒適，沒有嘈音干擾。 然而，在使用 Grab 叫車時則較為不便。若只使用屋主提供的地址叫車，司機往往無法直接到達住所，每次都需要多次轉折才能抵達。我們曾向屋主再次查詢地址是否正確，但未有收到回覆。 後來我們自行發現，若在叫車時輸入 「Start Today Recovery Centre Co., Ltd」 這個名稱，司機便能直接且順利到達住所。建議可提醒日後住客在叫車時留意這一點。（不過使用 Bolt 叫車則沒有出現問題。） 最後補充一點，房源實際上共設有 9 間房間，其中只有一間的洗手間設於房間外，其餘 8 間皆為套房並配備獨立洗手間，與平台上提供的資料相符。 不過，並非每一間房間都有穩定的熱水供應，有些房間只有凍水，這方面仍有改善空間。 若以上問題能夠改善，之後再來清邁時，希望仍有機會再次入住。^^

水壓弱，多污積。並沒有每天定時清潔，六日住宿只有一次清潔服務，毛巾沒有清洗和更換。設施有很多故障。

Had a lovely stay at Immy’s place in Chiang Mai. The house was beautiful, very clean, and located in a quiet neighborhood. Being a corner unit made it even more peaceful. Perfect for a relaxing stay!

This house is perfect for a group of people who all want their own private space. Each room has a big space with its bathroom. The host was very nice and thoughtful, responding quickly. Recommended!

The villa is very spacious and clean. We have 16 people, so the 8-room villa perfectly meets our needs. Also, the host is very responsible, quickly responding to our questions and issues. It’s just that some appliances in the kitchen didn’t work properly; for example, the microwave couldn’t heat food, and it also takes a long time to cook on the induction cooker. Aside from the kitchen issue, we are very pleased with this place.

A group of 10 people had a pleasant stay at this place. The host was always quick to respond and helpful. The place was kept clean and tidy. I guess the only blemish was one of the two cooktops were not working during our stay however the host tried to send the handyman. I recommend this place when your group need somewhere quite and private.

We stay at this big house for family trip and it was very good experience. The house is very big, have 9 bedrooms, good for big group like us. All rooms are clean and comfortable. The swimming pool is very nice. Kids really enjoy the pool every day. Location is also very good, not far from Central Festival, and easy to go to Nimman area, around 15 minutes drive only. Very convenient. The host is kind and take care us very well. Quick reply and give good information. We really enjoy our time here and will recommend to friends. Hope to come back again next trip to Chiang Mai. Thank you!

This villa was better than in photos. The big pool was very nice to relax after walking in Chiang Mai. Location is good, not too far from town and we can take Grab easily to all shopping areas and night markets. The hosts are very responsive and friendly, they give good local advice and answer questions quickly. If you want nice place that is still close to everything, this villa is good choice.

เพิ่งมีโอกาสได้เชียงใหม่ เลือกพักบ้านหลังนี้ เพราะมีถึง 9ห้องแบ่งกันนอนกะเพื่อนๆ สบาย อยู่ไม่ไกลจากเซ็นทรัลเฟสฯ เชียงใหม่ เดินทางสะดวก ถ้ามีรถยิ่งสบายเลย ตัวบ้านค่อนข้างกว้าง มีพื้นที่ส่วนกลางเยอะ ทั้งโซนนั่งเล่น ห้องครัว และสระว่ายน้ำ น้ำสะอาด ขนาดกำลังดี อุปกรณ์ครัวค่อนข้างครบ มีจานชาม หม้อ กระทะ เตาไมโครเวฟ เตาอบ ตู้เย็น ห้องนอนแต่ละห้องมีแอร์ แยกเป็นสัดส่วนดี ในห้องมีห้องน้ำในตัวทุกห้อง สิ่งที่ชอบคือเจ้าของดูแลดี ตอบแชทไว ให้ข้อมูลครบถ้วน โดยรวมถือว่าคุ้มมาก เหมาะกับการมาพักเป็นกลุ่มใหญ่ สังสรรค์ ปิ้งย่าง ทำอาหารกันเอง ถ้ามีโอกาสน่าจะกลับมาอีก

Just returned from a fantastic stay at this spacious 9-bedroom villa in Chiang Mai! The location was absolutely perfect - only 5 minutes from Central Festival shopping mall which made grabbing supplies and quick shopping trips super convenient. Getting around was easy too - about 15 minutes drive to both Nimman (for great cafes and nightlife) and the Old City (for temples and cultural experiences). Having these popular areas nearby without being in the middle of the hustle and bustle gave us the best of both worlds. The villa truly shines for group gatherings! We were a party of 14 and never felt cramped. The outdoor area was the highlight - we had an amazing barbecue night under the stars by the pool. The staff even helped us source local meats and vegetables for our feast. Each bedroom had its own character and enough privacy, while the common areas were perfect for everyone to socialize together. The kitchen was well-equipped
