Guests can choose from the following breakfast sets:
1. 🥣 Yogurt Bowl Set – Served with cereals, fresh fruits 🍓🍌, juice 🧃, and your choice of coffee ☕ or tea 🍵.
2. 🍞 Bread & Eggs Set – Includes bread with your choice of omelet 🍳 or sunny-side-up eggs 🌞, served with fresh tomato 🍅, cucumber 🥒, carrot 🥕, juice 🧃, and coffee ☕ or tea 🍵.
The neighborhood is quiet and safe with many shops, markets and restaurants (Thai and foreign) in the immediate vicinity. Meechok Plaza is two minutes from the apartment, where you can find an international supermarkets (Rimping, Tops), many small shops, restaurants and a big fresh market. Other shopping malls are located on 5 minutes drive from the compound. The "Old City" takes a 10 minutes drive from the apartment.
Transfer from/to the airport, train or bus station is free. Public transportation and taxi services are available to everywhere. Tours, car, motorbike and bicycle rental can be arranged.

1. 🚭 No smoking inside the bungalows.
A cleaning fine of 5,000 THB will be charged if smoking is detected indoors.
You may smoke in designated outdoor areas only.
2. 🔇 Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM.
Out of respect for other guests and neighbors.
3. 🛏️ Maximum occupancy is 22 guests.
4. 🕒 Check-in: 3:00 PM – Check-out: 11:00 AM
Early check-in/late check-out subject to availability and may incur an extra fee.
5. 🧹 Please treat the property with care.
Guests are responsible for any damage during their stay.
6. 🐶 Pets are not allowed, unless approved in advance.
