- หากมีเพื่อนมากินเลี้ยงสังสรรค์ เกินกว่าจำนวนผู้เข้าพัก คิดท่านละ 100-200 บาทต่อคน
- กรุณาดูแลรักษาและตรวจสอบทรัพย์สินส่วนตัวของท่าน บ้านพักสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่รับผิดชอบและชดเชยต่อทรัพย์สินส่วนตัวของท่านทุกกรณี

- ไม่อนุญาตให้เล่นการพนันหรือนำสิ่งผิดกฎหมายเข้ามาภายในบ้านพักหากมีปัญหาทางผู้เช่าต้องรับผิดชอบทุกกรณี
- ไม่อนุญาตให้ส่งเสียงดังภายนอกบ้านพักหลัง 22:00 น. หากลูกค้ามีความจำเป็นให้ใช้ห้องคาราโอเกะที่ทางบ้านจัดเตรียมไว้ให้เท่านั้น
*** หากมีการร้องเรียนเรื่องการใช้เสียงจากเพื่อนบ้าน หลัง 22:00 น. ทางบ้านจะแจ้งเตือนให้ลูกค้ารับทราบถ้ายังเสียงดังทางบ้านไม่คืนเงินประกันทุกกรณี และยกเลิกสัญญาการเข้าพักทันที
- กรณีลูกค้ามีความจำเป็นที่จะใช้เครื่องครัว ขอให้ทำความสะอาดให้เรียบร้อย หากลูกค้าไม่ได้ทำความสะอาดทางบ้านพักจำเป็นต้องคิดค่าดำเนินการเพิ่มเติม 600 – 1,000 บาท
- ไม่อนุญาตให้นำอาหารและเครื่องดื่มลงไปรับประทานอาหารในสระว่ายน้ำ หากพบเจอปรับ 3,000 บาท
- ห้ามนำสัตว์เลี้ยงเข้าที่พักทุกกรณี หากพบเจอปรับ 3,000 บาท
- เพื่อความปลอดภัยของชีวิตและทรัพย์สิน ทางบ้านพักมีกล้อง CCTV พื้นที่ส่วนกลางทั้งหมด 4 จุด
- Check out ก่อนเวลา 11:00 หากเกินเวลา ข้าพเจ้ายินยอมให้ทางบ้านพักคิดค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติมชั่วโมงละ 1,000 บาท
*** ถึงเวลาเช็คเอาท์ ลูกค้าสามารถออกได้เลย ทางบ้านพักจะเข้าทำความสะอาดบ้านพัก 11:00 น.พร้อมตรวจสอบสิ่งของในบ้าน และจะโอนเงินประกันคืนตาม บัญชีที่ลูกค้าได้ทำสัญญาไว้ ภายในวันดังกล่าว

Very responsive host. If you have trouble finding location of the house on Grab, just text the host. Cleaner comes in every few days to tidy up, which is nice. The house has good amenities and is a close walk to local convenience stores. Highly recommend.

Wonderful place, nice pool, beds are hard and we had a surprise fee of $70 to replace? bedding that had red marks on it.
Should have received old bedding since we were forced to pay for new ones...
Other than that we had a great stay!
