房子位置不錯，附近也有餐廳及7-11，房子內一切都很好，只是泳池有待改進，泳池燈一直關不了，而且沒有水流，太多昆蟲飛進去了，這幾天泳池也用不到了

三間房，只有一間有獨立洗手間，其餘兩間要用公共的，其他都很滿意，廚房提供足夠餐具，地方整潔，整體有80分👍

Wir waren begeistert von dem Haus 😍 Alles sehr neu & elegant eingerichtet, sehr bequeme Betten Der Pool & Aussensitzplatz, war natürlich das Highlight 😍😍🙏🙏 Zu Fuss sind viele Restaurant, Bankomaten & der 7-Eleven erreichbar. Im Zentrum ist man auch in wenigen Minuten mit dem Roller oder Auto. Die Gastgeber waren stets bemüht & haben uns sehr geholfen! Vielen lieben Dank!! 🥰😍🙏 Kann das Haus wirklich jedem empfehlen, es hat alles was man braucht & man fühlt sich wie zuhause. Wir haben wunderbare Tage hier verbracht & würden aufjedenfall wieder kommen.

环境和设施比较满意，有漂亮的泳池。房东也很热情，信息恢复很快。需要改善的方面，床单上有不光滑的小球，可能是床单质量不太好，希望可以更换，提高满意度！

The property is exactly as described - large, new and pleasant. Very well equipped kitchen and has washing machine. There were couple of minor things that I communicated with the host but one thing to consider is that their pool pump is very loud and is right bellow the master bedroom. It was on until 23:20 and then it was making a click sound every few minutes. We had to switch rooms in the middle of the night. Other than that, the accommodation was comfortable and would stay again if I don’t need to be close to central Chiang Mai.

We enjoyed this place with a group of 6 for over 10 days and it was absolutely perfect! Everything there, Wifi works perfect and a good place just to work. Easy to share with a group and in front you have everything you need from 7/11 to KFC, multiple thai street food places. The host was super responsive and helpful at all times! Would recommend 10/10

Das Haus entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und ruhig gelegen. Es gibt ausreichend Platz. Der Pool ist super und hat uns viele schöne Tage bereitet. Auf der angrenzenden Terrasse ließ es sich gut sitzen, auch dank des Ventilators und der bequemen Möbel. Ein Stellplatz für mehrere Autos ist auf dem Grundstück vorhanden. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend! Wir haben super schnell, gute und informative Antworten bekommen. Auf Fragen, Probleme und Bitten wurden direkt und immer freundlich geantwortet. Die Lage des Hauses ist super. Zu Fuß ist eine Tankstelle, ein 7 Eleven, Restaurants, Geldautomaten, Tempel etc erreichbar. Auch die Anbindung mit dem Auto in die Stadt oder zu anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten ist gut. Es war eine der besten Unterkünfte die wir hatten und wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!!
