Every rooms except upstair middle bedroom ( Locked for owner’s personal items)
- Strictly no smoking inside. Violation is a 5000 penalty.
- Please turn off Aircons when leaving the house for an extended time.
- No smelly fruits such as durian, jackfruit, etc.
- If you lose your keycard or gate remote, there will be a charge of 500 baht.
- Please move any parties inside after 9.30pm out of respect for neighbors.
