Thanks for everything Raviwan’s group offered, responsible and supportive. The house is specious and well-maintained, with everything we need for a large group’s stay. The swimming pool is amazingly clean and cute and gives us a lot of fun. It’s a part of our great memories in Chiangmai.

We stayed as a large family group of 10 adults and 4 kids (including an infant), and the experience was excellent. The place was spacious, comfortable, and well-suited for a big group, with enough room for everyone to relax. The host was extremely responsive and helpful from start to finish — quick to reply, clear with instructions, and very accommodating to our needs, especially traveling with kids. Any questions we had were answered promptly, which made our stay smooth and stress-free. Overall, it was a great stay for families or large groups. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would highly recommend this place to others.

It is a clean and nice villa, exactly as shown in the photos. The jacuzzi is malfunctioning. The place consists of two villas with a total of 13 beds. They only provided 4 coffee cups (definitely not enough for big group size), and when we asked for more, it took a day and they only gave us 3 extra cups. ( I never encountered such issue throughout my air bnb history ) One of the kettles did not work, and when we requested a new one, it took about two days. On arrival, the weather was very cold, and I requested extra blankets, but they never arrived throughout our one-week stay. They kept telling me it would be done today or tomorrow, but it never happened. They should simply say so if they cannot provide it. Quite disappointing. Apart from those service delays, the house is quite nice to stay in.

I gave 4.5stars. Everything was perfect except water jet at the pool. It stopped when we like to use at evening hours. It working only the set up time. The hosts said "since the owner set up auto time frame, they can't help. That was the only minor issue.

房间很宽敞 有两个独立的套房 就是厨房和卫生间很多东西都没有 如果自己做饭需要自己买。地理位置不是很方便，买东西需要grab。别的都很好。

房屋定位有问题，如果按照定位打车总会达到另外一条路，很麻烦，需要定位到邻居peace love joy的家才可以，一周只有一次免费打扫，额外需要花钱，有的房间的床和桌子都掉皮了，楼板里有老鼠，每天早上5点6点很吵，在楼板上跑和乱闯，跟房东只能邮寄沟通，所以你想要的什么东西不能及时回复和帮助，泳池很好，院子很漂亮，别的设施都不错，位置属于当地的富人区，都是别墅，地理位置稍偏，去玛雅需要20分钟车程，最近的市场也需要5分钟车程，村口有家按摩店很好，可以打电话他会开车接你，村口周末有集市

This is lovely two property villa that worked very well for our group of 9 including : children. The different designs (classic Lanna and modern) are both very nice and beautifully decorated. The pool was a good size and the outdoor space was quite large. Our kids especially enjoyed the giant padded platform.

We came as a group of 12 people and the two bungalows with six spacious bedrooms gave everyone plenty of space and privacy, while the communal areas were perfect for gathering together. The pool was a highlight—clean, refreshing, and ideal for relaxing during the day. We loved the outdoor dining setup and the covered sala, which made every meal feel special. The two indoor dining areas were also great for when we wanted to enjoy meals inside. The location couldn’t be better—just an 8-10 minute drive to the city, making it super convenient to explore Chiang Mai while still enjoying a peaceful, private retreat. The host was fantastic and made sure everything was seamless for our group. This place is perfect for families or groups looking for convenient stay. We’re already planning our next visit! Highly recommend!

入住很方便。房东很热情，我们因为在家做饭 中途找房东要了炖锅和打扫卫生的工具，房东都很热情一一给我们。而且我们住的时间比较长，期间有免费打扫卫生，打扫得特别干净！总体来说体验感很好，物超所值！

The house is big enough for us. However, the swimming pool system and the shower bath system is broken, the toilet is blocked and the staff is not helpful. Nobody to help us to solve the problems even we have told the host. A disappointed experience

Super quiet Oasis in a nice village in CHiang Mai. Very close to shopping area and easy to get into town with grab. The hosts were very quick to reply and also helped us when we needed.
