House Rules Dear Guests, to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please observe the following rules: 🔇 Quiet Hours & Community * Quiet Hours (10 PM - 8 AM): Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise levels to a minimum. Violations are subject to a 2,000 THB fine as per village regulations. * No Parties or Events: Strictly prohibited. * No Unregistered Guests: Only guests listed on the booking are allowed to stay overnight. 🚫 Restrictions & Fines * Strictly NO Smoking: Inside the property. (Fine: 5,000 THB) * No Durian Allowed: Due to the strong lingering odor. (Fine: 5,000 THB for deep cleaning) * No Pets Allowed. * No Shoes inside: Please leave your shoes at the entrance. 🏡 Care & Safety * 🏊 Pool Maintenance: To ensure clean water, our staff will enter to clean the pool weekly at 11:00 AM. We apologize for any inconvenience. * Save Energy: Please turn off lights, A/C, and appliances when leaving the room. Help us save the earth! 🌎 * Kitchen & Cleanliness: Please wash dishes and clean up the kitchen after use. * Toilet: Please do not flush tissue paper or sanitary products down the toilet. Use the bin provided. * Security: Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. * Damages: Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to the property. 🔑 Check-out * Please leave the key where you found it (or lock the door properly). * Please take out the trash before leaving.
