1. beds are very uncomfortable, not well rested. 2. facilities very bad set, no shower curtain, bad toilet paper, slippers very awful, looks disgusting. 3. no drinking water offered, asked for help, using ChatGPT to answer my question, insane!!! 4. a lot of mosquito. asked for help, got one mosquito repellent for 3 bedrooms. 5. location very hard to find, called the staff, she told me she's never been here before. 6. every time , we need to wait for more than 10 min to get a taxi, location very inconvenient. 7. not enough towels prepared for 5 days. 8. overall good place but over priced. enough space for several people, kitchen very good, utensils are offered. This is the first bad review I have ever gave. shocked by the bad service and experience.

民宿环境非常好！很安静！每个房间都很大，有四个卫生间，如果是团队或家庭出行都非常方便。出行Grab或者Bolt打车都非常方便，附近的外卖商家也非常多，和Host Team沟通也十分顺畅！遇到问题也会及时解决。就是第一次入住的时候因为Google Map的问题找了很久很久，其他都很好！此次入住非常满意！！！！

Beautiful house located in a village in Hang Dong, 15-20 minutes away from the airport. The house is well designed with all essential amenities and equipments provided suitable for either short or long stay :)

Sofia was super detailed with all the info needed to check into the home and was so kind and friendly - the house was clean and spacious in a quiet but beautiful neighborhood, making it an ideal place to stay and relax after a full day of exploring Chiangmai 💞💞 they even left water and fruits for us in the fridge too

Nice private location. It was a little hard to find at first coz the address given and the address itself was a little off. The bed is quite low quality and springy, is was not very comfortable and kinda pokes. Apart from that a very pleasant stay! Thank you.

Très jolie villa dans un quartier résidentiel calme! La villa est très spacieuse et bien équipée, on manque de rien! Petit plus avec la piscine mais dommage qu’elle soit souvent à l’ombre. Merci pour l’accueil (plateau de fruits et eau). Je recommande pour un séjour paisible à Chiang Mai!
